Judith E. Leach is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. She focuses her practice on residential lending, and she has extensive experience representing financial institutions, as well as individual purchasers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.

Judith is an account manager for several client relationships. As an account manager, Judith works closely with her clients to create and implement new practices and procedures in response to the regulations promulgated under the Dodd-Frank Act, including the “TRID” regulations that went into effect in October 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Judith served as a prosecutor for the Village of Garden City.
