Jonathan Sclar is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department and Trusts and Estates Department.  He represents parties in all aspects of trust and estates litigation, including will and trust contests. Jonathan also represents banking institutions, financial institutions, and colleges and universities in contract and employment disputes.

While in law school, Jonathan served as a Senior Articles Editor on the St. John’s Law Review and as the captain of the Jessup Moot Court team. Further, he interned for the Hon. Judge Joanna Seybert in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in addition to the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Finally, Jonathan participated in the firm’s summer program during law school and subsequently joined Cullen and Dykman LLP after graduating in 2019.
