Jennifer E. Seeba is an Associate in the firm's Higher Education Practice Group. Jennifer represents a broad array of education institutions including colleges, universities, and school districts. She has experience conducting investigations as well as in litigation. She has advised on various legal aspects of higher education, including termination, internal grievance and disciplinary procedures, policy creation and implementation, compliance with Title IX, litigation avoidance, and risk management.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jennifer was an Assistant District Attorney at the Office of the Bronx District Attorney for over three years. Jennifer worked in the Criminal Enterprise Bureau of the Investigations Division where she investigated and prosecuted charges including making a terroristic threat, police impersonation, sex trafficking, and gun trafficking. As an Assistant District Attorney, she conducted multiple hearings as well as trials where she served as either primary or secondary attorney.

While attending law school, Jennifer interned at the United States Department of Justice and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. She also served as a Managing Editor of The George Washington International Law Review.
