Jennifer E. Seeba is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. Jennifer represents a broad array of clients, including colleges, universities, financial institutions, and insurance companies. She has experience conducting investigations as well as handling matters involving higher education and contractual disputes.

Prior to working at Cullen and Dykman LLP, Jennifer was an Assistant District Attorney at the Office of the Bronx District Attorney for over three years. Jennifer worked in the Criminal Enterprise Bureau of the Investigations Division where she investigated and prosecuted charges including making a terroristic threat, police impersonation, sex trafficking, and gun trafficking. As an Assistant District Attorney, she conducted multiple hearings as well as trials where she served as either primary or secondary attorney.

While attending law school, Jennifer interned at the United States Department of Justice and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. She also served as a Managing Editor of The George Washington International Law Review.
