James Sullivan is an associate in the General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department. James is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect litigation and insurance fraud-related disputes.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman LLP, James represented major insurance carriers in a variety of matters, including automobile liability, medical malpractice and catastrophic loss-related litigation. James has successfully tried cases to verdict and completed the Trial College held by the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) at Harvard Law School in 2016.
Following law school, James served as the Honorable Robert J. Muir, Jr.’s law clerk in Morris County Superior Court’s civil division from 2009 through 2010.
