Gregory C. Ein is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates department. His practice involves Probate Litigation and Probate Administration, as well as Estate Planning, Incapacitations, and Guardianships.

Gregory has served as guardian ad litem for alleged incapacitated persons and is regularly appointed by the New Jersey Superior Court to represent alleged incapacitated persons in guardianship proceedings.

Gregory earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School and graduated cum laude in 2015. Gregory attained his undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Following law school, Gregory enjoyed a Superior Court judicial clerkship under the Hon. Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C., in Bergen County. Gregory presently serves as Vice President of the Bergen County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, and has previously served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Young Lawyers Division.
