Gerald C. Tobin's practice is concentrated on serving the varied needs of nonprofit and religious organizations. He is experienced in their formation, tax exemption and governance. He is also familiar with issues involving charitable gifts from individuals, estates and trusts, including intermediate and final accountings and cy pres. Gerald is also knowledgeable in all aspects of surrogate practice and estate litigation.
