Erik E. Harris is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation group. Erik’s practice consists of construction, insurance coverage, and commercial claims as well as general tort litigation which includes premises liability, labor law, and property damage.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Erik was an associate at defense firms where he focused on insurance matters including professional liability, transportation, and premises liability. Erik has also clerked and interned for New York State Supreme Court justices.
Prior to attending law school, Erik was a member of the two-time MAAC Men’s Basketball Regular Season and Conference Tournament Championship teams while at Siena College (2007-2009).
