David Edelberg is a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department. He has extensive experience in litigation involving Chapter 11 reorganizations and various other bankruptcy-related matters, and he also maintains a broad commercial litigation practice which includes representing clients in banking, contract, and class action lawsuits.

  • Served as lead counsel for the debtor in Governor Morris Hotel case which resulted in confirmed Plan of Reorganization.

  • Represented debt purchaser as defense counsel in class action litigation.
