Dario M. Nolasco is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Dario’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters. He is a seasoned negotiator with an extensive history of structuring, documenting, and closing complex transactions.

During his career, Dario has served as both outside and in-house counsel and has advised clients located in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He advises on matters involving early-stage ventures as well as those involving multinational enterprises.

Dario’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, senior and subordinated financings, venture capital, private equity, restructurings, project finance, and secured and unsecured lending. Dario also advises on Securities Act and Securities Exchange Act matters, including securities offerings and periodic reporting requirements.

Dario is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Portugal-US Chamber of Commerce. He is fluent in Portuguese.
