Daniel El Arnaouty is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation practice group. Daniel’s practice involves defense litigation related to complex torts, New York State Labor Law, construction defect, premises, and products liability. Daniel represents property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, sub-contractors, municipal entities and small business owners in high exposure cases.

Daniel has practiced in civil litigation, representing both Defendants and Plaintiffs, giving him valuable insight into the inner workings of each case, as well as the mindset, techniques, and strategies of the Plaintiff bar.
