Anthony S. Bocchi is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. He has handled a broad range of complex commercial and tort litigation matters for individual, corporate, and institutional clients in New Jersey’s state and federal courts. Anthony’s experience includes representing clients on both sides of contract disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, oppressed minority shareholder litigation, non-compete issues, and other “business divorce” matters. Additionally, Anthony has substantial experience with civil fraud claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, declaratory actions, insurance coverage claims, whistleblower claims, and real estate litigation, and he regularly represents businesses, directors, officers, and employees in cases involving claims of unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and breach of employment contracts.
Anthony is also well-versed in all matters involving municipal law. He currently serves as the Borough Attorney for the Borough of Little Ferry and the Borough of Park Ridge, providing legal representation for matters including land use and development, affordable housing, and state regulatory law. Anthony also serves as Labor Counsel for the Borough of Woodcliff Lake.
