Alden Bishop is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation practice group. Alden’s practice involves defending claims arising under New York Labor Law, premises defects, and complex torts involving property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, sub-contractors, municipal entities and small business owners. He is experienced in defending this high expose cases in all stages of litigation from pre-litigation risk management, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and through trial.
