Aishwarya Shesh is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation practice group.
Before joining Cullen & Dykman, Aishwarya spent over three years as Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn. Aishwarya investigated and prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases from the pre-arrest stage through trial and conducted multiple suppression hearings before judges and presentations to grand juries.
Aishwarya’s practice involves defense litigation related to torts, construction defect, and premises liability. She is experienced in pre-litigation, investigation, pleadings, discovery, risk management, motion practice, and alternative dispute resolution.
